Here is a step by step guide on how to prepare and list your condo for sale. It’s going to be fast, efficient and honestly, really simple.

Let’s get into it!

Step 1. You wake up and realize, “Hmm, I think I need more space.”

Step 3. We meet at your property. You give me a tour, tell me all about the highlights of your home. I tell you about all the pro’s and con’s of your unit. (Preparing you for the onslaught of comments from Buyers & Agents). I now give you my strategy, market analysis, recent sales in your building and area, and what’s trending and why.

Step 4. We agree on a price! Look at all those dollar signs! * insert dollar sign eyeball emoji *

Step 5. (Optional) We stage your unit if needed. Staging helps the buyer and buyers agent visualize what the space can be. People love to buy shiny, pretty objects.

Step 6. I hire a very talented photographer and videographer to shoot your property and of course I create tons of content around your unit, your building, and your neighborhood. Put it all over my social medias & my brokerages with hundreds of thousands of followers across, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok

Step 7. We go LIVE! Your property is listed! Woo! Here comes the fun.

Step 8. I sit back and let the offers roll through! NOT! I am not like most agents, I will be on the phone calling every single living person I have ever met. I will create strategic drip campaigns to buyers & agents via email and text message. I will be creating enticing & creative content about your home. I will have my team mates tell their friends to tell their friends to spread the message about your unit. I’ll be doing private showings & virtual showings non stop & back to back. Do you remember my brokerages hundreds of thousands of followers? All of them will get a chance to see your home virtually. We are international! Thats just the beginning!

Step 9. We receive offers baby!! Cue Bruce Buffers “Let’s Get Ready To Rumble” sound. It’s time to negotiate on a price that makes you happy. We accept and get you into escrow.

Step 10. We go through all the motions of what it takes to sell. We have the contingencies, Loan Docs, Inspections, and anything else we need to triple check.

Step 11. We close escrow! & Receive confirmation! Congratulations you have just sold your condo!
