What's the difference between a multi million dollar home & a 400k home buying process?

Want to know?

Coming from someone who is around that kind of fluctuation day in and day out. The process is very similar. You find a client, you learn information about them such as their budget, the area they want to be in & of course their reason for moving and everything about their current situation, then you click, and then you show them homes. Fairly similar and nothing out of the ordinary.

Both people want to save their hard earned money and want the best deal. They both have wants, needs, and things that are in our business considered “deal breakers”. There is no difference there. Each have budgets, each have things they can’t live without. For some its counter space and for others its a 10 car garage and a maids quarters attached to the home.

See, both sides bare so many familiarities. The client never changes, they always stay the same. Its the situations that constantly change. Learning to become a well rounded person is what matters. Learning to adapt and overcome any scenario is what makes you an amazing agent not how long you have been practicing real estate. As an agent it is important to know, time doesn’t dictate your worth but it is knowledge that does.

Quick little rant on becoming a better agent for those who need help.

Best,
